Our Priorities
We put heavy emphasis on developing efficient, interesting applications using best of breed technologies.
Internally, our developers work with a range of technologies and tools when servicing a client. RoR, iPhone, Flex, AIR, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, MySQL, Postgres, Facebook, Twitter.
Externally, our project managers communicate with clients to set expectations appropriately and to deliver a high level of service.
Perks
Health, dental insurance, free parking. We also have flexible office hours - employees are expected to be in the office from 10:00am - 3:30pm on weekdays, but can set their own hours apart from that.
We have regular functions - monthly technical luncheons, monthly ETC luncheon, daily standup, poker night every ~6 weeks, company happy hour every ~6 weeks, anniversary party, holiday party, etc.

We're located in the Emerging Technology Centers incubator, along with a host of technology startups.

The office itself has an open environment, conducive to collaborative working. We have a main area where each developer has their own workstation. We also have a couple of pairing stations and breakout rooms, a pair of closed offices, and a large conference room.
